then i talked to mr ck.. seems tht we have very similar views on love.. or rather, perfect love. wht's perfect love exactly? to me, the chance of meeting perfect true love is slimmer than striking toto.. to me, true love lasts, at least mentally..
haven't you ever come across wrinkled old couple who hold hands, who feed each other food or wipe away each other's sweat? and haven't you feel awed by how long their affections has lasts? you'll go like AWWWWW.. SOOOooo SWEET!! it always touched me to see these couples.. they're the most beautiful couples to watch at.
* love *and i do recall a 80 year old man telling me bout his wife.. 'she was the best wife i could have' that was how he describe his wife.. never find himself a new wife after a few decades she has left him.. and tht was one of the most touching things i have heard in my life..
to me perfect love means letting your loved know u love him or her every chance you got.. be there anytime u could be whenever u need him or her.. to miss him or her every second you part..be able to read each other's mind without having to say it out loud.. be able to tolerate the shortcomings and embrace the beauty of the perfect match..
have u ever dream of a fairytale.. you wake up every morning.. the one lying beside you is the love of your life.. he plants a kiss on your forehead.. then you'd make him breakfast.. he'd come behind and giv you a back hug... and then you'll both go to work.. and have someone to come back to every night =)
