so today was no different from any other rainy monday. i had so foreseen it was going to rain and hence rush to the door as soon as i can. i even gave up on trying to push my rain-hater-printer to print m notes. and no prize for guessing. it poured cats and dogs when i reached the ground area of my flat. DAMN. i braved through the rain till i got to the flat opposite the mrt station. praying hard and waiting for the rain to stop like an idiot for like half an hour. haha. miraculously, or probably because i looked like a helpless kitten, an auntie actually came over to me through a puddle of muddy water and offer me her share of umbrella.
hey, now that i thought back, maybe God did know i was desperate. *sigh* what a nice auntie! i didn't know how to thank her except to keep saying thank you on our way to the train station. haha.but anyway, i was 20 minutes late -_-
here are some weird conversations i had the other day,
me: wow, time passes so fast, it's been months since we worked there!
au: yea, half a year gone
me: where got? *counting fingers* 4 months only lar.. haha
au: haha.. cute lar you! 4 months huh, the days without seeing you felt like years
me:
walking to get his car,
me: *assumed that since he drove me here, he would at least THOUGHT of sending me home* hey you're meeting your friends later?
au: yea.. going karaoke with my friends later.
me: oh so maybe you can just drop me at the train station i get myself home.
au: har? why? u wanted me to fetch you home?!
me:
getting meal order,
me: hmm.. what's nice here.. i think i'll get this 3 amigo
au: aha.. cute lar you..i'll have whatever you have.
me: oooook -_- hey why dun u sit opposite me instead of sitting beside me, so difficult to talk this way.
au: it's the modern style, u see the couple over there!
me: *Deep breaths*
au: eh what you doing ar, cute lar you!
me: *fuck*
i swear if he said i'm cute one more time, i'll skin him alive, but then again, that won't possibly happen again
